These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. EU consumers retain the rights granted by mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is binding.

3. Order & Contract Formation
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), a binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Returned items must be in original condition and not used beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
Exceptions: Customized/personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
We use third-party logistics providers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
6. Warranty & Conformity
Under EU law (Directive 2019/771), goods must conform to the contract. You are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery.
