Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused except for necessary inspection, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mavgus.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
