Shipping policy

1. General Information

Thank you for shopping at Mavgus. We work with trusted international suppliers to deliver quality products directly to your door across the European Union. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to all EU countries — no minimum order required.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing may take up to 5 business days.

4. Delivery Times

We ship to all 27 European Union member states. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

5. Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to all EU member states including: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Luxembourg, Denmark, and Sweden.

We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or countries outside the European Union.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after dispatch. If your tracking does not update for more than 10 business days, please contact us at info@mavgus.com.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Mavgus ships products from international suppliers. For orders valued under €150, VAT may be collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier upon arrival in your country. This charge is separate from your order total and is the responsibility of the customer.

The amount of VAT charged will depend on your country's applicable tax rate. Most EU countries apply a standard VAT rate between 19%–27% of the product value.

For orders over €150, additional customs duties may also apply depending on your country's regulations.

Mavgus is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about applicable taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.

8. Orders with Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at info@mavgus.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Mavgus is not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

10. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link and verify your delivery address. If the issue persists after 25 business days from dispatch, contact us at info@mavgus.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
